In response to Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama’s speech on race in the United States, Green Party frontrunner Doug Obama commented, “Hillary and Barack ain’t never been called green.”
His remarks were met with a standing ovation, but the applause died down as Obama continued.
He went on to say, “My grandma was a typical blue person – afraid of all green people.” Doug has since tried to sweep this comment under the carpet, citing that since he has the potential to become the first colored president, he obviously isn’t racist.
